摘要
In the current world, corporations are essential participants of poverty alleviation. However, there are only fragmented studies on corporation participation in poverty alleviation (CPPA). This paper pioneers a comprehensive study of the intersection of corporations and poverty alleviation. Specifically, we adopt a quantitative-qualitative mixing method which combines bibliometric analysis and content review. On the one hand, we quantitatively analyze 634 articles on CPPA using CiteSpace, demonstrating the external research characteristics of the CPPA field through different indicators. On the other hand, we qualitatively analyze articles on CPPA, reviewing the specific research content in the field of CPPA. The results indicate that research on CPPA has entered a rapid development period in recent years; cooperation between scholars needs to be strengthened; research hotspots are poverty reduction, sustainable development, and rural development; research on the CPPA can be summarized into three themes: the relationship between corporation and poverty, the mechanism of action of CPPA, and the force application point of CPPA. This paper provides knowledge for scholars to grasp the research status of the CPPA, and experience for countries to develop economy.
