Bibliometric and content analysis of sports didactics during 2012 and 2020 in Latin America

摘要
Objective: to carry out a bibliometric of scientific production in English, Portuguese and Spanish, between 2012 and 2020, about didactic trends in sports. Method: the study is part of a type of quantitative, retrospective and descriptive documentary research. Scientometric and didactic data were taken into account. Among the information collection instruments we have bibliometric indices. Some of them are: personal, content and methodological. The data were processed in Excel and the Atlas Ti qualitative analysis software version 9. A total of 77 articles were obtained; the main indexers were Latindex, Dialnet and Redib. The country with the highest number of publications was Cuba (29.9%). Results: the most researched sports (44.2%) are team sports, such as soccer, volleyball, basketball, among others. It is possible to highlight the physical as capacity, while training, sport, teaching and learning, stand out as the most used terms in the sense of content, which, from the outset, denotes an intention of the work in the field of sports training and then in the school context. Conclusions: sports didactics can be assumed as a special didactics that is responsible for the training process of people in relation to specific aspects of sport, which is not necessarily restricted to the child population, nor strictly to the initiation and training processes sport, but involves subjects of different ages and economic and social status.
