摘要
The combined effects of multi-user interference and correlated fading on the interference-unaware transceiver (IUT), which performs transformations in both the transmitter and the receiver without the interference knowledge, are studied. We show that for IUT under multi-user interference, receive correlated fading can have no impact on the achievable rate and the achievable rate can be increased with the increase in the correlations of the interference's transmit correlated fading. Furthermore, we show that even if there is transmit correlated fading, the achievable rate of IURT can converge to the interference-free MIMO channel capacity as the number of receive antennas increases and the required number of receive antennas for becoming interference free can be decreased by transmit correlated fading.
