摘要：

Penile fracture is a urological emergency. Primarily it is a tear of penile tunica albuginea when the penis is erect. We report a case of 37 years old man who complained of acute pain and rapid detumescence after hearing a cracking sound during sexual intercourse. The patient also has bloody meatal discharge and voiding difficulties. A typical "Eggplant Deformity" sign was present. Penile corpora ruptures and urethral injury were revealed in an immediate surgery. Corpora ruptures were repaired followed by urethral reconstruction. The surgery was un-eventful. After a month following surgery, the patient had good erectile and voiding function.
