摘要
This paper proposes a centralized secondary control based on the Smith predictor to mitigate the delay problems in islanded microgrids. By implementing this controller, the operation of the microgrid can be guaranteed by the centralized controller when there are communication delays. The controller allows to compensate for a wide variety of delays by changing the controller parameters and to provide a fast restoration of frequency and voltage in the microgrid to ensure a proper power sharing response of the system. Eigenvalue analysis and different case studies have been used to validate the improvement of the system with the inclusion of the proposed controller.
