摘要
Nowadays, the rapid development of information networks and the large-scale popularization of electronic equipment have provided great convenience for human life. However, the induced electromagnetic radiation has caused threatens to human health and the service life of electronic equipment. To overcome the above shortcomings, recently, functionalized materials with electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding have been widely investigated and reported. As a renewable natural polymer material, cellulose possesses attractive features such as perfect hydrophilicity, chirality, biodegradability, broad chemical modifying capacity, mechanical properties, and low price. The inherent properties of cellulose make it an excellent substrate for preparing EMI shielding materials. So far, numerous cellulose-based electromagnetic shielding materials have been reported, but the classification and description of the design structures are very rare. In this paper, the basic principles and testing methods of electromagnetic shielding were first systematically summarized, and then the structure and properties of cellulose-based electromagnetic shielding materials were reviewed. In addition, the progress of the current application and structural design of cellulose-based electromagnetic shielding materials were also summarized. Finally, the challenges of cellulose-based electromagnetic shielding materials and the future development trend and opportunity was discussed. This review provided a reference for the further development of cellulose-based electromagnetic shielding materials.
