摘要:
The Fermatean fuzzy sets (FFSs) exhibit exceptional performance to handle the uncertain information in decision-making process owing to their tendency to perform excellently beyond the boundaries of Pythagorean fuzzy sets. The symmetry and periodicity about the origin are maintained by the sine trigonometry function and thus fulfill the ambitions of decision makers toward the selection of best options for decision making. This article exploits the tremendous characteristics of sine function under the prevalent model of FFS to establish some useful sine trigonometric operational laws. Furthermore, some novel aggregation operators including sine-trigonometric Fermatean fuzzy averaging and geometric operators based on sine trigonometric operational laws are proposed along with their noticeable properties. Another noticeable contribution of this article is the designing of a compact algorithm, embedding the decision-making caliber of the proposed operators, to aptly address the multi-attribute decision-making problems. Thereafter, two multi-criteria decision-making problems for the evaluation of internet finance soft power and selection of a perfect sportswear brand are presented to demonstrate the practical application of the proposed algorithm. A comparative study with Fermatean fuzzy TOPSIS method and existing aggregation operators is conducted to highlight the dominance, novelty and authenticity of the proposed operators.
