摘要
The urgent need to move toward a more sustainable and low-carbon economy has gained increased attention in recent years. There is a global drive to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and address the causes of climate change since its effects are becoming more and more obvious. The study identified several potential green infrastructure projects that could have a significant positive impact on sustainable development in China. The core criteria and sub-criteria for impact investing in green infrastructure were determined by the panel through a Delphi process, and they were then analyzed and weighted using the fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. According to the study's findings, environmental impact was considered the most crucial factor when making decisions to invest in green infrastructure. The economic and social impacts are indicated as the second and third influential factors, respectively. In order to promote impact investing in green infrastructure for sustainable development in China, the study offers several policy recommendations. These recommendations include developing rules and regulations that encourage private sector investment, raising public awareness and participation, forming alliances between the public and private sectors, offering financial support and incentives, and building programs that will help China's green infrastructure industry build its capacity.
