摘要
The highly luminescent CsPbBr3 perovskite quantum dots (PQDs) glass has shown great potential for applications in X-ray radiation. In this study, the synthesis, crystallization behavior, structural photoluminescence (PL), and X-ray excited luminescence (XEL) of new scintillation luminescent ion Gd3+-service behavior studies were conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the Gd3+-doped PQDs glasses as X-ray scintillators. The direct band gap semiconductor property makes it suitable for successful detection of X-ray radiation and allows for efficient absorption and emission of X-ray photons, leading to enhanced scintillation performance. These findings high -light the potential of Gd3+-doped CsPbBr3 PQDs glasses as promising materials for X-ray scintillation applications.
