摘要
Open information on inspections of the state labor inspectorate shows that the largest number of violations identified during inspections in construction organizations relate to the category of training and instructing workers in the field of labor protection. An analysis of the current state of the issue of training in the field of labor protection for workers performing work at height was carried out. Existing training programs in the field of occupational safety and health were analyzed, and a study was conducted at a construction site to identify the attitude of the workers themselves who perform work at height to the training provided to them. The main problems identified: the absence in training programs of elements of developing practical skills for performing technological operations at height and insufficient involvement of workers in training issues (there is no value and interest in these events). A methodology for practical training of workers using a training ground and a motion capture system is proposed, which will allow, at the training stage, to bring all elements of performing technological operations at height to automaticity, which will reduce the number of erroneous actions of workers directly at the workplace at height.
