摘要：

Management of patients with unified airway disease should incorporate a multidisciplinary approach utilizing both otolaryngologists and asthma specialists. Given the serious side effects and long-term sequalae, OCS should be used sparingly and patients should be counseled on the side effects of OCS usage, with the number of courses prescribed monitored closely.
