摘要：

Objective Noise measurement in emergency physicians at an air rescue base. To identify the need for occupational safety measures.Methods Measurement of noise exposure by the emergency physicians on duty using a noise dosimeter in a 7-week approach.Results The measured sound levels exceeded the limits set by german regulations.Conclusion Medical crews in air rescue services are at risk of health impairment due to noise exposure. Occupational health safety measures need to be taken.
