The IEEE Power Electronics Society (PELS) has been actively engaged in initiatives to support the careers of industry-oriented PELS members, while also creating opportunities for those more inclined towards research. PELS has made remarkable progress in implementing diverse activities and initiatives that are shaping the dynamic landscape of our society.
