摘要
The main purpose of this study is to verify the indirect effects of creativity, family business environment and teacher creativity on the direct relationship between self-efficacy and entre-preneurial intentions of ITSON university students in the southern region of the State of Sonora in Mexico. Additionally, a multigroup test was carried out to verify if there were significant dif-ferences between students with entrepreneurial ancestry and without entrepreneurial ancestry. The study collects information from 868 ITSON undergraduate university students through an online questionnaire. The PLS-SEM statistical technique was used to test the hypotheses of the proposed theoretical model. The results have confirmed that creativity has positive and signifi-cant effects on self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intentions of ITSON university students. It is also revealed that the family business environment has positive and significant effects on self-efficacy. On the other hand, the analyzes have shown that the teacher's creativity is not raising the entrepreneurial intentions of university students. The moderation analyzes show that creativity, the family business environment and the teacher's creativity do not have a significant impact on raising entrepreneurial intentions. The results of the multiple mediation analysis report that creativity, family business environment and teacher creativity have significant effects on the direct relationship between self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intentions. Finally, the findings report that university students who have an entrepreneurial background are more likely to start a business. The study contributes to the development of the theory of planned behavior and social cognitive theory.
