A new species and a new record of the genus Lepiota from Changa Manga Forest, Pakistan

摘要
Lepiota kasurensis is a new taxon from Changa Manga Forest, Pakistan. Its characteristic features are a white pileus surface covered with dull brown squamules which are denser at the central disc, ellipsoid to oblong spores, and pileus covering made up of irregular trichodermal hyphae with ixocutis terminal elements. The phylogenetic analysis based on ITS sequences shows its position in the sect. Ovisporae of Lepiota. While Lepiota metulispora, a member of the sect. Lepiota; is a new record for Pakistan according to morphology and DNA barcoding sequences.
