摘要
The article reveals an algorithm for using tactical techniques for visualizing information blocks in investigative practice for the purpose of analyzing information about a criminal event. The range of problems involves methodological, historical, criminalistic and psychological aspects. The subject of the study was a set of techniques for a visual organization of information blocks related to the crime under investigation on an informational criminalistic stand (ICS). The study employed general (analysis, synthesis, system-structural) and special (experiment, participant observation, modeling, expert assessment) scientific methods. The article obtained the following conclusions. The information displayed on the ICS must meet the following requirements: of efficiency; of updating, of confirmation. The requirement of completeness, legality of obtaining, and scientific character of the information presented can also be mentioned, but these requirements are of a pronounced theoretical and academic nature and do not have any particular value. Structurally, the ICS is divided into five parts (central, upper left, upper right, lower left, and lower right). Two ways of organizing information on the ICS are identified based on the idea of a symmetrical arrangement of information blocks of criminalistically significant information. The difference lies in the level of symmetry - the first way involves placing information blocks within the framework of obvious symmetry, the second within the framework of non-obvious symmetry. One of the most effective ways to emphasize information blocks on the ICS is color accentuation. Emphasis using color can occur in two forms: by emphasizing the color background of the sheet of paper that carries information and by accentuating the content of the sheet of paper with the color of the font. Emphasizing the color of the ICS itself seems ambiguous, since the ideal color, suggesting a high level of concentration, is white. The final conclusion is that, despite the complex of problems, the informational criminalistic stand is a highly effective tool for organizing the investigation process and its use is an integral attribute of the professionalism of a law enforcement officer. In general, the result of the study is a set of recommendations for the use of visualized specially structured criminalistically significant information in the process of investigating crimes.
