摘要
The present research aims to assess the impact of integration management, social risk, and technical risk on the project management performance within the context of the construction sector in the region of UAE. Moreover, it also explores empirically whether the presence of knowledge management significantly moderates the relationship among integration management, risk factors and project management performance. A survey questionnaire was developed through extracting the items from the existing literature. For data collection, a random sampling technique was adopted. A final valid response of 288 questionnaires were empirically tested through measurement model and structural model with the help of Smart PLS. The study's finding shows that there exists reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity of the latent constructs. On the other hand, the findings through structural models confirm that there is a considerable effect of integration management, technical risk, and knowledge management on the performance of the construction projects. Moreover, it is found that there is a significant moderating role of knowledge management upon the association among integration management and project performance, and social risk and performance management of construction projects in UAE. Based upon the findings, a few policy implications have been provided. (c) 2024 Growing Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
