摘要：

Malignant triton tumor (TMT) refers to malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors that, in addition to the neural component, contain tissue with musculoskeletal differentiation and may or may not be associated with neurofibromatosis. Surgical treatment is the basis of oncological therapy; radiotherapy and chemotherapy have been used when surgery is not feasible or in the case of advanced disease. Its low frequency, aggressive behavior, and poor prognosis make it relevant to report new cases.
