摘要：

Human bite injuries can be deceptive wounds with wearing rate of aesthetic, functional and infective complications that requires rapid treatment. We present a case of a 42-year-old male who sustained a human bite that led to a midline lip injury involving more than 2/3rd of the transverse width of vermillion and parts of the skin of the lower lip reconstructed by ventral tongue myomucosal flap.
