摘要
The purpose of this article is to identify research trends in collaborative scientific studies on COVID-19, as well as the presence that different countries, approaches, areas of knowledge and topics have had in those contributions. For this purpose, bibliometric, social network and content analysis methods are used with a corpus of 63 documents indexed in Scopus and published between January 2020 and June 2021. It is found that the countries with the highest number of publications are the United Kingdom and the United States, followed by China and Canada. As for the journals, those in the area of medicine stand out. The results show that the Social Sciences are underrepresented in the collaborative contexts analyzed, and bibliometrics predominates as a methodological approach. Studies on collaborative practices have less presence and are mainly focused on analysis of experiences and cooperation challenges from the health areas to face the pandemic.
