摘要
Annular transmission system driven by permanent magnet synchronous linear motor is usually composed of linear and arc parts. When mover operates in the arc parts, the combination of linear mover and arc stator forms a unique arc permanent magnet synchronous motor (A-PMSM). This structure makes the pole-slot match of the motor different at different radii, which will change slot effect, increase detent force, and affect output performance. This article focuses on the A-PMSM in the arc parts of the annular transmission system. A segmented analytical model of cogging force is established, which incorporates the unique feature of the A-PMSM with linear mover. The detent force's distribution law of nonintegral pole-slot match is obtained. The structure of unequal inclination magnets and segmented tooth shoes is proposed. The detent force of the A-PMSM with linear mover is effectively suppressed, which provides experience for the design of the annular transmission system.
