摘要：

Lobectomy with pulmonary artery (PA) angioplasty in locally advanced lung cancer is an alternative to pneumonectomy. It is feasible, oncologi-cally effective and the procedure of choice in patients with recurrent hemoptysis and limited pulmonary reserves. We present a case of a success-ful left upper lobectomy with PA resection and reconstruction by an autologous pericardial patch.
