摘要：
We report a unique case of a previously healthy young woman in her postpartum period who haddsimultaneouslydan acute myocardial infarction caused by spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAR) of the left anterior descending cor-onary artery, and an acute type B aortic dissection, which were both successfully treated with endovascular procedure.
