摘要
This study investigates the prevalence and risk factors of sexual harassment among Chinese social workers. 38.2% of surveyed social workers experienced sexual harassment. Ordinal logistic regression showed that social workers who tended to rationalise sexual harassment were at a higher risk of being victims. Social workers in organisations that were more tolerant of sexual harassment were more likely to have such incidents. We also found that social workers who knew the anti-sexual harassment policy in the organisation reported more incidents. This study highlights the importance of integration of social workers' individual efforts and organisational measures in response to sexual harassment.
