摘要
This study presents the development of a coplanar waveguide monopole transparent antenna incorporating a perovskite cell as its radiating surface. The design integrates both the perovskite solar cells and the antenna into a single system. The antenna utilizes FTO (Fluorine-doped tin oxide) as the dielectric substrate and conductor layer, which also serves as the bottom electrode for the perovskite solar cell. Simulation techniques are employed to optimize the conductivity of the perovskite solar antenna's electrode and the thickness of the perovskite layer. To further enhance the perovskite solar antenna's performance, a platinum nano-layer is selectively plated on the edge of the antenna feedline and the ground plane. The application of this platinum layer brings significant improvements. The perovskite solar antenna's gain increases by 6.1 dBi after plating Pt on the ground plane, while the antenna efficiency experiences a substantial enhancement from 10.17% to 52.68%. The study also investigates the multifunctionality of the device. It demonstrates that the combination of the transparent antenna with the perovskite solar cell has no noticeable impact on the return loss and radiation pattern. Furthermore, when exposed to light, the gain and efficiency of the antenna remain relatively stable, indicating minimal variation during illumination. The optimized perovskite solar antenna achieves a gain of -0.02 dBi and an efficiency of 52.68%.
