摘要
Synthesis of novel Ru(II) carbonyl and Ru(II) hydride complexes is reported from the reaction of 4-(2-hydroxybenzyl)-3-methyl-5-oxo-2,5-dihydro-pyrazole-1-carbothioic acid ethyl amide with RuHCl(CO)(PPh3)3. Structural evaluations were done by FT-IR, UV-Vis, 1H NMR and mass spectrometry. The true nature of the Ru(II) complexes was further confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies and further validated by DFT studies. The electrochemistry of the synthesized complexes was studied using cyclic voltammetry.
