摘要
In this work we adopted the one-pot two temperature synthesis originally proposed for CdS nanoplatelets in order to synthesize high quality CdSe nanoplatelets. Then, we demonstrate another approach to synthesizing flat CdSe/CdS core/shell nanoplatelets with giant shell grown at room temperature. TEM analysis confirms shell heaving up to 19 monolayer of CdS. Based on optical spectroscopy studies a high quality of the red-color emission was finally proven for obtained 2D-heterostructures.
