Over 2-years of follow-up, integrase strand transfer inhibitor (INSTI)-use was associated with weight gain among those on an INSTI <2 years at entry (+0.27 kg/m(2)/year; 95% confidence interval [CI], .22 to .33 vs +0.17 kg/m(2)/year; 95% CI, .12 to .23; P = .01), but not those on an entry INSTI >2 years.
