摘要：
The right of everyone to equality before the law, and to be free from discrimination, constitutes a universal right, although not always explicitly recognized. The Law 15/2022, of July 12, comprehensive for equal treatment and non-discrimination, aims to comprehensively regulate all forms of discrimination and guarantee effective equality for all people, accompanied by new instruments and guarantees for its prevention and eradication, which will be analysed in relation to equality in social protection.
