Synthesis, Antifungal Activity, and Molecular Docking Study of Some Novel Bistriazole Derivatives

摘要
In this paper, 20 compounds containing bis-(1,2,3 and 1,2,4)-triazole structure were synthesized and their antifungal activities against Candida fungi and Aspergillus niger were analyzed in vitro. Some of the prepared compounds exhibited the most promising activity compared with voriconazole and amphotericin B. Molecular docking studies were performed to for additional substantiation of antifungal activity of these derivatives. So, these compounds are expected to provide new ideas for the development of antifungal drugs.
