摘要
The paper's subject is the analysis of the operation and synthesis of the control of an induction motor test bench, which is to be used to test motors with rated powers up to 3 MW and rated voltages up to 15 kV. The tested motor and the loading induction generator are powered by inverters implementing the scalar control of both machines. The inverters enable smooth adjustment of the motor power supply and its load. The load control algorithm allows its automatic variation in the set range, which, combined with the automation of measurements, reduces the involvement of technical personnel in the tests. However, the cooperation of both machines with inverters raises specific technical problems related to the stability of the system, especially in the case of low loads of the tested motor. The paper presents solutions to these problems, an appropriate algorithm for controlling the load generator, and the results of simulation tests of the control system.
