摘要
In this issue of Chem Catalysis, Yang et al. presented methods for the synthesis of enantioenriched inherently chiral 9,10-dihydrotribenzo[b,d,f]azocines through kinetic resolution (KR) and dynamic kinetic resolution (DKR). Chiral phosphoric acid catalyzed C-H amination and transferred hydrogenation from racemic precursors, yielding inherently chiral saddle -shaped eight -membered azaheterocycles enantioselectively under mild conditions.
