摘要
Herein, we report a three-dimensional 1T/2H-MoS2/Co nanoflowers array growing on carbon cloth (3D 1T/2H-MoS2/Co/CC) with multiple structural and electronic modulations. Benefiting from the synergistic advantages of three-dimensional structure, 1T phase incorporation, defect engineering and Co doping, the 3D 1T/2H-MoS2/Co/CC demonstrates an outstanding performance in hydrogen evolution reaction. It achieves impressively low overpotentials of 83 and 198 mV to achieve the current densities of 10 and 100 mA cm(-2), respectively, as well as a small Tafel slope of 39 mV dec(-1).
