摘要：

The lack of test engineering standards from the broader hardware test community causes many organizations to struggle with missed deadlines, over budget projects, poor governance, confused employees, and high attrition. Mitigating these issues is possible by establishing standards in six key disciplines related to test and measurement engineering.
