摘要
Many factors must be considered in determining the zoning of vocational education areas. There is an area that has location advantages that enable industrial development. The success of the industrial sector in a region will not be separated and the existence of quality human resources, natural resources, and high technology. The most important and decisive pillar is human resources (HR). Human resources are needed and must be considered to develop an area. This article aims to present the results of studies related to environmental carrying capacity factors in the development of vocational education zones in vocational schools. The method used is the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method for the stakeholders. The contents of this article include a review of the main factors in determining the zoning of vocational education areas in terms of physical, social, economic, and cultural components based on stakeholders (government, private, and community). The main components in determining the zoning of junior high school education in terms of physical, social, economic, and cultural components based on stakeholders (government, private, and community) based on the results of the PCA calculation formed 4 factors that can represent 14 main factors namely in the city center, located in the highlands, based on carrying capacity of the environment and agricultural land.
