摘要
The connection between families and schools has been extensively researched in recent decades concerning students' educational development. However, there are relatively few studies addressing this topic from the perspective of prospective teachers, and even fewer incorporating technological mediation. In this context, we present a qualitative, analytical, and descriptive study examining the contributions of students in virtual forums over three courses during four academic years (2019-2023) in the Primary Education, Pedagogy, and Master of Teaching programs at the University of Malaga. Through this research, we observe instances of engagement from these students in virtual forums, establishing a link between their concerns and the family-school relationship. Our findings highlight concerns regarding the separation between family commitment and educational institutions, emphasizing that education extends beyond the school context. We identify students' inquiries into barriers limiting family involvement, emphasizing the need to dismantle these obstacles. Additionally, we address new challenges within this relational framework. In conclusion, we advocate for the utilization of virtual forums as shared spaces for reflection, emphasizing educational themes, and offer suggestions based on the study's findings and the reviewed literature.
