摘要
All-solid-state batteries (ASSB) have gained significant attention as next-generation battery systems owing to their potential for overcoming the limitations of conventional lithium-ion batteries (LIB) in terms of stability and high energy density. This review presents progress in ASSB research for practical applications. It focuses on membrane production strategies, highlighting the need for considerations such as productivity, cost-effectiveness, and eco-friendliness. Various fabrication techniques aimed at achieving enhanced safety and energy density are introduced. Additionally, this review introduces efforts towards the commercialization of ASSB electrode manufacturing and emerging research trends in the field. We highlight the challenges and advancements in these areas and discuss the prospects of ASSBs as practical alternatives to LIBs for various applications. This review is valuable for researchers and industry professionals seeking guidance in facilitating ASSB commercialization. Challenges in the commercialization of all solid-state and next-generation batteries including strategies, key points, and application of solid-state batteries.
