摘要
In many autonomous wireless charging applications, the misalignment tolerant performance of magnetic coupler is a design concern. However, there is no effective evaluation method for the misalignment tolerance degree of coupler now. In this paper, we use the normalized parameters to reflect the dynamic changes of the system and then judge the misalignment tolerant performance of the coupler. According to the coupling state under the misalignment condition, high quality coupling area, middle quality coupling area and low quality coupling area are divided. By analyzing the model of the inductive power transfer system, it can be seen that the optimal coupling position is the optimal transmission efficiency position of the coupler. The basic Series-Series compensation network of planar circular couplers is taken as the object, the effectiveness of the proposed evaluation method is verified under different distance.
