Key Clinical MessageMedical records of a 76-year-old woman with a recurrent acinic cell carcinoma of the left parotid gland with lateral skull base invasion were reviewed. She underwent subtotal petrosectomy followed by radiation therapy. After surgery, she remained disease-free for more than 16 months.
