摘要
Digital radiographic (DR) imaging systems, which have an important place in the diagnosis and monitoring of diseases, are frequently used in various clinical applications today and can produce adequate image quality using a wide range of exposure levels. Overexposure without effective improvement in image quality can produce high dose levels that adversely affect both diagnostic radiology efficiency and health; therefore, experimental data analysis is a useful, ongoing process for providing information about the adequacy of radiation exposure. The aim of this study is to evaluate the quality performance of digital radiographic systems using an objective image quality test device. For this purpose, the effect of each radiographic factor on reducing the radiation dose is investigated to provide diagnostically acceptable quality images.
