Microwave-assisted Four-component Cascade Reaction: One-pot Rapid Access in the Metal-free Synthesis of Fully Substituted Pyrroles

摘要
A simple and rapid methodology for the synthesis of fully substituted pyrroles was accomplished by the reaction microwave-assisted from amines, 4-hydroxycoumarins, and ketones. This protocol proceeds via ketones Csp3-H oxidation Michael addition/ cyclization/ aromatization four-component cascade reaction affording the fully substituted pyrrole in moderate to excellent yields only in 3 min. Simple reaction conditions, high yields, and compatibility are the advantages of this protocol. An efficient methodology for the synthesis of a variety of fully substituted pyrroles from amines, 4-hydroxycoumarins, and ketones four-component cascade reaction via microwave-assisted rapid Michael addition/ cyclization/ aromatization, affording the desired products in moderate to excellent yields. At the same time, the reaction synthesized poly heterocyclic compound from simple raw material and proceeded in high atom economy, and only had H2O as the side product.image
