摘要
Negative Poisson's ratio structure is a new type of metamaterial. The special properties brought by the special cellular structure have become a hot topic in the scientific community in recent years. In this paper, the excellent mechanical properties and designability of negative Poisson's ratio materials are used to study the influence of four different cellular structure forms and parameters on the negative Poisson's ratio effect. Through 3D printing technology, the mechanical properties and impact properties of negative Poisson's ratio materials with different cellular structures are studied. Through experimental comparison and simulation analysis, the energy absorption of four negative Poisson's ratio materials is compared, and the concave hexagonal structure is the optimal structure. Then the structure is optimized, and the energy absorption of the optimized concave hexagon structure is obviously better than that of the structure before optimization.
