摘要
Two new chromones, 8-(3-hydroxypropyl)-2-(3-hydroxy-1-oxopropyl)-6-methoxy-4H-chromen-4-one (1), 2-acetyl-8-(3-hydroxypropyl)-6-methoxy-4H-chromen-4-one (2), along with four known ones (3-6) were isolated from the fermentation products of an endophytic fungus Aspergillus versicolor derived from tobacco. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including extensive 1D and 2D NMR techniques. Compounds 1 and 2 were evaluated for their anti-tobacco mosaic virus (anti-TMV) activities. The results showed that compounds 1 and 2 exhibited potential anti-TMV activities with inhibition rates of 35.3 and 30.6%, respectively, rates that are close to that of positive control.
