摘要
慢性踝关节不稳是指踝关节扭伤后未经系统治疗或治疗不当出现的踝关节长期慢性疼痛及反复扭伤的疾病。其中以外侧损伤最为常见,约占90%[1]。临床分为机械性踝关节不稳(mechanical ankle instability, MAI)和功能性踝关节不稳(functional ankle instability, FAI)。其中FAI是指踝关节无解剖结构的异常,由本体感觉[2]、肌力[3]和姿势控制[4]缺陷导致的踝关节不稳定。研究显示,
