摘要
AIM: To study the effects of tetrahydroacridine (tacrine) on voltage-gated Na+ channels in cardiac tissues. METHODS: Single ventricular myocytes were enzymatically dissociated from adult guinea-pig heart. Voltage-dependent Na+current was recorded using whole cell voltage-clamp technique.
