The performance decay of energy storage battery and the dependence of its operating path determine that its external characteristic parameters are time-varying and non-linear.The uncertainty of the degree of battery parameter degradation increases the parameter identification error,resulting in a decrease in the adaptability of battery state identification during the full life cycle.The thesis takes lead-carbon battery as the research object,analyzes the formation mechanism of lead-carbon battery storage power-terminal voltage,based on the analysis of a large number of battery charge and discharge test data,digs out the lead-carbon battery working voltage and battery available power that can reflect the battery performance aging characteristics connection relation.
