上皮间质转化与恶性肿瘤的转移和侵袭

摘要：

上皮细胞间质化(EMT)与恶性肿瘤的局部浸润及远处转移有着非常密切的关系。在EMT过程中,细胞表面上皮标志物E-钙黏蛋白表达下调,间质标志物波形蛋白、N-钙黏蛋白表达上调是其主要标志。本文就恶性肿瘤EMT机制的最新研究进展作一综述。
