溶剂热法制备CeF3/CeO2∶Eu3+纳米材料及其荧光性能的研究

摘要
通过溶剂热法合成了粒度均一的CeF3∶Eu3+纳米颗粒。经过在空气中退火处理,CeF3逐渐转变成CeO2。通过改变Eu3+的掺杂浓度和进行退火处理优化产物的发光性能。利用X-射线粉末衍射仪分析、场发射扫描电子显微镜、荧光分光光度计分析分析材料的性能。
