主动性人格、工作满意度与员工创新行为——对中国医药生物技术企业的实证分析

摘要
主动性人格和工作满意度是员工创新行为的积极因素。本文基于对中国医药生物技术企业247份员工问卷的调查研究表明:主动性人格对员工创新行为具有显著正向作用;工作满意度对员工创新行为存在"U型"影响关系;在主动性人格对员工创新行为的影响机制中,高于平均水平的工作满意度起到调节作用。
