摘要：

Wind power generation has become the third largest energy in China.The installed wind power capacity will be increased by 16.6 million kilowatts in 2013.Over the next three decades,world energy consumption is projected to increase by 56 percent through 2040,driven by growth in the developing world,said the U.S.Energy Information Administration(EIA)in late July in its newly released International Energy Outlook 2013.
